Mrs. Ballard was bom July 26, 1891 in south Bountiful, a daughter of Caleb and Sarah Ann Moss ' in Malad, Ida. The marriage was later soiem- -' nized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Aug. 7, 1970. She had lived in Bountiful for 47 years prior to moving to Clinton in 1973. She had been active in the Bountiful First and Sixth Wards Relief Society, a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers, and a former Salt Lake LDS 1921 - : ' man; Temple worker. SURVIVING ARE two sons and three daughters, Lorin R. Ballard, Silver Springs, Md; Marvin L. Ballard, Long Island, N.Y.; Mrs. Grant (Donna) Rasmussen, ' Murray; Mrs. Merwin (Ver- ; na) Rasmussen, Spring, Tex.; Mrs: Rodger (Nona) . Smith, Clinton.
