Show In the Police Court. John Edmundson and Rose Thorn were each fined $5 for being drunk yesterday. James Cober, charged with drunkenness drunken-ness and obtaining meals and refusing to pay for them, left $10 for his appearance when wanted. The case against Jack Davis and Bob Condie, for fighting and disturbing the peace last week, went by the board, in the absence of any evidence against Davis. Da-vis. Condie forfeited the $10 left as a guarantee for his appearance. George W. Johnson, charged with stealing a horse, saddle and bridle from David Henderson, an employe at S. P. Teasdel's, was bound over in $1,000 bonds to appear before the Grand Jury. In the absence of sureties, he was taken to the county jail. Watson Smith, arrested for drunkenness, drunken-ness, left $10 for his reappearance. Frank Raymond, whose case of forgery was referred" to the Grand Jury, was yesterday yes-terday taken to the county jail upon his failure to raise the necessary bonds. |
