They will soon be moving there to make their home. Mrs. Maud Johnson has been in Ogden tovisit with her daughter Varaa, who is recovering from an auto accident she was in last winter. Her jaw bone was broken in three plaos. Her mother went there to be with her when the braces are removed from her mouth. Claud McGuire came from Salt Lake City Friday night to take' his wife and baby back with him Verla had been spending the past two weeks here at the home of her parents, cleaning house for them Mr. and Mrs. Burton Hansen and children visited last Sunday in Sutherland with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Rex Bunker. Mrs. Emma Nielson had her two daughters, Mrs. Barta Davis and Arvilla Evans, from Salt Lake City visiting over the weekend with her Mr. and Mrs. Jack Nelson and little son were visiting in Mona and Nephi last Monday. Helen and Jay Quornberg spent a couple of days last week visiting in Scipio with their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Williams had their sons and wives home visiting over the weekend. Mrs. Jane Williams from Leamington Leam-ington and Mrs. Tom Williams of Miiford drove to Tooele last week to take Mrs. Grace Bennett home. She came to attend he wedding dance of her brother Don and wife. Mrs. Tommy Best and children from Lynndyl are staying here with her mother, Mrs. Millie Lovell. Mrs. Best is just recovering from a tumor operation she underwent in the Payson hospital over a week ago. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Dutson and M. C. Dutson spent last Saturday in Provo shopping and visiting. We are glad to have Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Bradfield and children child-ren back in Leamington again. They have been living in Delta the past two years. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bradfield have been occupying occu-pying their home, but have now moved into their own home. The Blue Bird class had their birthday party Friday night at the home of their teacher, Mrs. Edith Harder. Girls present were Inez Nielson, Shirley Grygla, Jo Ann Bradfield, Luella Dutson and La Von Bigelow. Games were played and a lovely luncheon served. The first year cooking class in 4-H -was organized last Thursday at the home of Luella Dutson. The name chosen was the Morning Glory Breakfast Club, with Luella Dutson, president; Ineze Nielson, vice president; Jo Ann Bradfield, secretary; Shirley Grygla, reporter; and leaders are Eva Bradfield and Eva Dutson. Luella Dutson is in Salt Lake to spent a week with aunts, Verla and Dorthella. Barbara Fielding has been up to Orem since school let out, visiting. visit-ing. Her folks went up Saturday,, bringing her back with them. Neil Finlinson is in Miiford visiting vis-iting his grandparents. Ruth Nielson and family have gone to Salt Lake for a visit with her sisters. Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Nielson were down for the weekend with their son, Grant. Students graduating from here were Leda Bigelow, Glenna Nelson, Verdene Finlinson and Elwood Dutson. Their parents were all down to Delia to see them graduate. grad-uate. Mrs. Edith Harder had her parents par-ents from Sutherland to visit her Saturday. Harold and Christian Anderson and families were Leamington vis-tiors vis-tiors Sunday. |
