Callahan, the general state agent for Swift & Co., was in the city during the week. .- The services at the Church of the Annunciation have been very well attended, at-tended, notwithstanding the very bad condition of the streets and crossings. $ J. J. O'Neill, local agent for the Continental Con-tinental Oil company, spent part of the week in Denver on business. On Sunday night the uniform rank. Knights of St. John, give an exhibition drill for the Sisters of St. Vincent's hospital. Miss Mary Sullivan was called to Denver during the week to attend her mother, who has been sick in Denver for the past two weeks. Mr. James Brown is seriously thinking think-ing of going out to Eureka, Utah, for the benefit of his daughter's health. Your correspondent can heartily recommend rec-ommend the people of Eureka. Mr. James M. Murphy of D. D. Sullivan Sul-livan & Co. will in the future be the local correspondent for The Intermountain Intermoun-tain Catholic. We feel that no better correspondent could be had than Mr. Murphy. Owing to Mr. Murphy's many present occupations we would consider it a favor to us and a great help to Mr. Murphy if parties who may know of items of interest to our many readers read-ers would kindly mention them to Mr. Murphy. continued to a late hour.
