) 5 C of C Approves Expert Planner Approving plans of the Salt Lake City commission to appoint an expert planner for the purpose of recommending any changes in zoning and suggesting future zoning plans, the committee appointed ap-pointed by the Sugar House Chamber of Commerce dispatched a formal letter to the commission Thursday. Samuel J. Nicholes and Wendell J. Ashton, represented the Chamber Cham-ber at a meeting held in the commission rooms last week and after taking the matter up with the board of directors and gaining gain-ing their approval, the letter to the commission was forwarded. Mr. Ashton expressed the belief that an expert planner who has had experience along these lines could be of great aid to the city inasmuch as few people are familiar fami-liar with the problem zoning presents. ?
