He explained to tho court that while Officer William Reast had found tho horse unhitched, ho did not intend to violate any city ordinance, tstnting that he liad boon In the city only four months and had not yot learned that it was a dlsdemeanor to act as he did. The court stated that four months should bo a sufficient time for a driver to learn tho meaning of tho bitching ordinanco and administered a fine of $5 for the violation. r The case of Peter Zavalis, charged with the theft of somo small articles from George Zaguris, was dismissed, the complaining witness not bolny-present bolny-present A bond of $10 was forfeited Jn the cases of Norma Russell and Gladys Reed, charged with vagrancy. |
