Show NOTICE OF LABOR ASSESSMENT Notice is hereby given to the stock holders of the Dry Gulch Irrigation company that work will begin on. the various canals on or about March 2 Sth, under the direction of the following fol-lowing named foremen: For Class A and B Fred Case. For Class C Jas. B. Lemon. For Class D Orin Griffin and E. L. Patry. For Class E (State road), L. R, Eldridge; (Page Lateral), S. H- . .s Freston. For Class F Gilbert Richardson. For Class G Sam Snyder and-Jno. and-Jno. Lundlerg. For Class H (Roosevelt lateral) r Jake Sprouse; (Harding lateral)... Ray Labrum. For Class I David Cooper and W-J. W-J. Jackson. For Class J Mellette Harmston. For Class K D. E. Brown. The above labor assessments will become delinquent on the 12th day of April, 1917, the time having been extended ten days, and if not paid by that date will be duly advertised and as much of each parcel as necessary nec-essary will be sold to the highest bidder for cash on tho 5th day of May, 1917, at 2 o'clock p. m. at the company's office to pay. the delinquent delin-quent indebtedness, cost of advertising, advertis-ing, etc. c By order of the Board of Directors.
