Hall, secretary, of the Wellsville East Field Irrigating and Canal Company have filed herein their application in behalf of said company for a certificate of primary right to use for agricultural purposes a stream of water taken from the Muddy or Little Bear River on the north side at a point about one mile east of Wellsville townsite, sufficient to irrigate sixteen hundred acres of land. That Tuesday, the 7th day of June, A.D. 1881, at 10 o'clock a.m. f said day at the Court Room of the County Court, at Logan City has been set for hearing said application; when and where any persons may appear and contest the same.
