The home of the ;H btido wastlnonged with friends who jH came to do her and her husband honor jH and wish them happiness. At 8 jH o'clock, tho Hyde Park band scrcnad- IB cd them and later a most generous sup- jH ply of good things to cat was set be- A H foro tho guests. During the progress lH of the luncheon, Prof. C. M. Harris, il of this city, tendered most highly il appreciated muslo on the violin, and ' Mrs. Phillips and daughter favored tho jH guests with pleasing renditions on the piano. Tho newly mado brldo also )B sang very delightfully, and a volun- tcer quartette rendered a number of j catchy selections. H The occasion was a delightful one 'H from beginning to end and heartily H enjojed. There were mora than f eighty picscnt, and at ono time it was H suggested that Mr. Jessie Hauccy be )H arrested for taking up too much room, jH but by begging manfully, and pleading H innocence, violence was withheld. jH The bride was very charming in jH white satin, and the groom in the JH customary black looked as happy as a H newly married man can look. They jH wcio the leclplcnts of many costly H Mr. Lundquist is an eneigctlc young H man of Hjdo Park, of sterling quail- iH tics and is regarded very highly by a jH host of friends who extend hearty 'H congiatulatlons. Mr. Lundquist is IjH tho leader of the Hyde Park band and lH Is generally regarded as tho musical IH authorlty'of the town which claims B him as Its own. H The bride Is one of Hyde Park's H most highly appreciated young ladies. jH She is an accomplished pianist and H vocalist, and of such an amiable dis- jH position as to win her many friends. jH She is deserving of the greatest happi- jH ness that can come with married life, ' H and there are none but wish her well. jH Mrs. Lundquist is known in Logan H as an assistant In ttic C. M. Harris iH Music Co.s store and has many friends 'flH IIYDK I'AItK. ijH Potatoes arc scarce this season still jH a few arc selling at fair prices. H Mr. Thomas Matkin is building a jH neat little house. tH P. C. Nielsen Is remodeling his res!- H deuce and adding two more rooms, H which makes a beautiful home. jH |
