Show AWFUL BURNS PROVE FATAL Geo. Findlayson Dies from Scalds Received at the Logan Sugar Factory. (leorge Findlayson, who was so seriously se-riously scalded at the Sugar Factory Friday evening, October 30th, died Sunday afternoon at 2:45. His condition also forbade the administering of an anaesthetic an-aesthetic and his sufferings at all times have been intense. For eighteen eigh-teen hours before Ills deatli lie was unconscious, and the unfortunate man passed away without reviving. The death of Mr. Findlayson is a sad blow to Ills family, and Is sincerely sincere-ly regretted by a circle of friends who have regarded him as an honorable upright gentleman of sterling Integrity Integ-rity and great worth. Mr. Findlay-son's Findlay-son's family consists of his wife and four children, two grown boys, and two little girls of four years, and six months, respectively. He came to Logan about three ycais ago and for some time has been employed as chief engineer at the Sugar Factory, wheie he met with his fatal accident. It will be remembered that he, with HcrtIcCulloch, was tightening bolts In the pulp chute when a quantity of hot liquid burst in upon them, both men being scalded before they could climb from their position. Findlajson might have escaped without sciious injury, but like a lieio remained and assisted McCulloch who had dllllculty In getting out. Mr. Findlayson was born at Pajson, and came to this city from that place. He was 41 jeais of ago last August. Funeral services will be held at Fhst Ward meeting house to today (Wednesday) at noon. Mr. F. F. Findlajson has been heie slnco the night of the accident, and Mr. .Hid Mrs. James Findlayson, father and mother of the deceased, came up from Payson Sunday night. Mr. Fred J. Findlayson, of Idaho Falls, is also lictc to attend the funeral. All friends are Invited to the service.
