JILV Nineteen Boats, 81 Passengers Form First on Utah Lake Boat-o-Ca- de Perfect weather provided a romantic setting for the unusual by the spoasored Saratoga resort management, Friday evening. Nineteen boats formed the flotilla that sailed across the moonlit Utah Lake, embarking from the resort at 7:30 p. m. The cruise, taking an hour and a half, was across the stretch of lake from Saratoga to the Provo boat harbor. There, the Provo Boat Club was host to the sailing party of 81, and box lunches were eaten in the Provo clubhouse.
