The said action is brought to obtain a decree of tiiis court for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage described in the complaint, and ex-ecited ex-ecited uy the said David P. Felt and Addie Felt on April lltt, lbSKl, and given to secure pavment of a certain promissory note for the sum of 5,U0U with interest atten percent, per annum from date until Daid. signed by said David P. Felt and Aduie Felt, aud addi ionaiiy secured by a certain promissory note signed by Felt Olson & Co., fully sec out and described des-cribed in the complaint: that th premises conveyed thereby may be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of the costs and expenses of this action including an attorney fee of af.muO as provided for in said mortgage and the amount found due as principal prin-cipal with interest Thereon at It) per cent, per annum from May 2, IS'Jl; that thedelendants and all persons claiming, by.through or under them be foreclosed of ,a 11 right, title interest and equity of redemption of, in or to the said premises or any portion thereof, and that the lien of plaintiff be declared to be the first on the premises described in said mortgage.
