Show County COurt. The county court is still in session. Yesterday afternoon the following business was transacted: Oa recommendation of Trosecuting Attorney Gash the sum of $11.(30 was allowed to Coroner Berg on inquest of Lewis S. Phillips. Also $20.-53 on inquests held over L. S. Rogers and C. A. Glass. These claims bad been referred to the attorney for investigation. investiga-tion. The county attorney reported upon the petition ot residents of Lake View school district and the petition of residents resi-dents of school district No. 16Jto be detached de-tached and added on to the Broyo Bench district. The report was unfavorable, un-favorable, as, under the law, the county court cannot change the boundaries of any school district, except upon recommendation recom-mendation of the county superintendent superinten-dent of Bcbools. A claim for balance oyer tax and cost of eala for tax by W. H. Brown, in 1890, presented by Clara L. McCormick, administratrix, ad-ministratrix, was referred to the at torney for inyestipation. On report of the attorney upon petition of E A. "Wilson, attorney for Sp:inville city, the sum of $1C4.72 and interest, taxes, and $21.70 costs, was appropriated to Springville city. This is in accordance with the findings of the district and supreme courts in the case of Springville City vs. Don C. .Johnson, over land, the property of Springville city and exempt from taxation, eo!d to Don C. Johnson for taxes. The sum of $50.00 each to statisti -cans V. L. Halliday, D. J. Thurmau and John Moore waa appropriated as part payment for services.
