Show Funeral Services For J. Phillip Sundquist Held Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 1 o'clock in the Edgemont ward for John Phillip Sundquist, 41, native and former resident of Pleasant Grove, who died Friday while working near the Wast 'furnaces of Geneva Steel. Mr Sundquist was believed to he a victim of gas poisoning. Mr Sundquist was horn in Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove July 30, 1905, a son of Charier, and Emma Stolpz Sundquist. Sund-quist. Tie spent his early life there T-Tc married Vivian Snyder Aug. 23, 1939. in Orem, IJlah County. The ch:1o lived in Orem and Edge-iont Edge-iont until moving to Carlerville. IJ' all County, in April, where they were living at the time of Mr ?undc;uisl's death. He is survived by his widow, the ; following sons and daughters: La-: Nae, Victor and DeAnn Sundquist' and Alleen, Jean and Billie Snyder, ' daughters and son of his wife, all living in Carterville, and Mrs. Barbara Everett, Orem, also a step daughter; the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. Edith Hilton, Salt Lake City; Emil Sundquist, Sund-quist, Vernal; Lloyd Sundquist, Edgemont; Mrs. Emma Snelling, Venice, Cal.; Mrs. Ellen Richins, Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Edna Massey, Vernal; Mrs. Ruth Gillette, Park City, and Niels Sundquist, Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove. Burial was made in the Pleasant Grove city cemetery. ' |
