Show Notice of Sale Under Deed of Trust. VtTHEEEAS. CHARLES B. GOUFLAY AND y Emma O. Gonrlay. his wife, on the 3'lth of of June, lf?0. executed and delivered to Edward P. Hodge, guardian, their certain promissory note for the sum of $1000, psvsble one vear after date with intereFt thereon at the rate of one per cent per month from date until paid and, Whereis. To secure the payment of S3id note according to its true tenor nr.d effect, the said Charles B. Gonrlay on said June 30, lSf", executed exe-cuted and delivered to E. B. Critchlow as trustee of Salt Lake City and county, Utah, a certain deed whereby they conveyed to said E. B. Critchlow in trust the followinc described premises situate in Salt Lade City and county, L'tah, to wit : All of lots one (1 two (i) three 3i four i4" five i'5i six (6) seven (T and eight Si in block fortv-ninet4W: fortv-ninet4W: lot three (8) in "block twenty-one 2l ; lots three (3i, nine (9) and eleven Oil in block twenty-three (23), all in Kinney and Gourlay's improved im-proved city plat, which said deed was dulv tiled for record in the office of the County Recorder of Salt Lake Countv3 on the Oth day of Julv, A. D. 190. and recorded in book. "2 S" of Mortgages onpages 5 to 9 thereof; and. Whereas. Said deed provides amongst other things, that should default be made in the payment pay-ment of said note accordins to ita true tenor arid effect, said Trustee at the "request of the legal holder of said note, may proceed to sell the property prop-erty hereinbefore and in said deed described, f t public anction for the highest and best price the same will bring in cash, thirty days previous notice of snch sale having been giveri by publication publica-tion once in each week for four successive weeks, in any newspaper at that time published in said County of Salt Lake, and, Whereas, Default has been mnde by the said Charles B. Gonrlay and Emma O. Gourlay in the payment of said promissory note, and request has neen made by the said Edward B. Hodge, guardian, guar-dian, the holder of said note, thatthe undersigned trustee proceed to sell and dispose of said premises.- Now, therefore, pursuant to the power vested in me by said trust deed, and at the request of said Edward B. Hodge, guardian; the legal holder of said note, I, E. B. Critchlow, will, at the front door of the County Court House in Salt Lake City, L'tah, on Tuesday, the 20th day of December, 15yi, at 12 o'clock, noon, of said day, sell at public auction for the highest and best price the same will bring in cifb the premise hereinbefore described, de-scribed, to satisfy said note and interest and costs of executing this trunt, including commissions and attorneys fees snd taxe..
