Show Notice OF COMPLETION OF ASSESSMENT OF A local tax for the extension of the water mains on Tenth West street from midway between Second and Third Sonth streets to midway between be-tween Third and Fourth South streets, west on Third South street from Tenth West street to Riverside avenue, south on Riverside avenue to lola avenue, thence west on Iola avenue to the west boundary of Golden Park addition. Notice is hereby given that the Assessor aad Collector of Salt Lake City has made and completed com-pleted the list and plat pertaining to a local tax at the rate of four miles per square foot, levied bv the City Council of Salt Lake City, October aXh, 1891, upon the following described lots or pieces of cronnd, namely: North one-half of fractional block 31 ; South one-half of fractional block 42; Lots 4 and 5, block 22 and lots 3 and 4, block 41, in plat "C Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, fi, 7, 8, 9. 10 and 11, block 5; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 26, Dlock6; Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 ana mock s ana. Lots 12, 13. 14, 15 and 16, block 4. Golden Tark Addition. Salt Lake Citv. (Water to be used for , household purposes only from June 1st to October Oc-tober 1st of each year.) Said tax being for the extension of the water mains along the following described route, namely: On Tenth West street from midway between Second and Third Sonth streets to midway between be-tween Third and Fourth South streets, with laterals lat-erals on Third South street, thence west on Third South street to Riverside avenue, thence south on Riverside avenue to Iola avenue, thence west on Iola avenue to the west boundary line of Golden Park Addition, with laterals on Riverside avenue between Iola avenue and Fourth South street Said list and plat have been lodged in the office of the City Recorder, No. 2, City Hall, and will he open for inspection for a period of ten days from and after the 6th day of November, lSftl, during which time written appeals to the City Council for the correction of the assessment may be filed with the said Recorder, in pursuance of the ordinance in such case provided.
