Brereton, trustee; Drs. Allen, McCur-tain McCur-tain and Dean, medical examiners. Sam. A. King and E. A. Wilson, Utcrneys-at-law, were up at Salt L.ake yesterday arguing against the issuance is-suance of a writ Of mandamus out of rhe supreme court aeainfet Judge Smith compelling him to sign an alleged al-leged decree in a water case heard, W. II. Patten vs. Tophara, Kf lloeir & Corf mao for the writ. The matter was taken under advisement by the court. Mr. Kiug was suddenly taken quite ill, and was unable to return home last evening. |
