Believe it or not (not by Ripley, but by Ileloise), 1 used it in place of hotcake mix and it was delish. Dont use too much syrup or other sweetener on these at first. They are far sweeter than regular hotcake mix, but a wonderful change and surprise for me. Desperate Ileloise Day DEAR HELOISE: I would like to suggest a new still thoughtful, but inex- tradition.
