Everyone has their own set of talents. Perhaps this would be just the thing her daughter could find success with. Mr. McGary found a clarinet and the young girl went home happy, not fully understanding what shed committed herself to. The band had already begun practicing pieces for the Christmas concert and here she was, barely learning how to tongue notes and finger the basic scale. But she wasnt facing the challenge on her own. Over the course of the next few weeks, a miracle began to McGarys gave her lots of needed personal attention and encouragement. When the Christmas concert came the newest band student proudly took her place among her peers. Playing the clarinet may not be a natural talent, but thanks to the McGarys, a young girl who desperately needed some accomplishment in her life was able to experience it. Through determination and dedication, the McGarys were able to turn a doubtful outcome into a success story - no doubt about it.
