Shipley 1 The 24th of July program will consist of parade at 10 a. m. pro- j gram at 11 a. m. children's sports, i at 2 p. m., 2 ball games afternoo.i, and a picture show at night. A wedding dance for Mr. and Mrs. Clcud Lovell will be held Friday Fri-day night July 25th. A shower will be included. Friends and relatives are invited to attend. j Sunday evening at Sacrament meeting, Miss Nell Wixom reported repor-ted her mission in the northern California mission. It was very interesting in-teresting and instructive. Mrs. Lucy Walker and Mrs. Ethelyn Bennett visited their sister, sis-ter, Mrs. Ely Nielson for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Eddy Jacobson had their daughter, Arvilla and baby, I visit a few days. I Lorenzo Lovell and Mr. and Mrs. I Burton Lovell visited in Idaho over ov-er the past week end. Edward Lovell from Idaho was an Oak City visitor last week. Mr. and Mrs. Parley Elder and Mrs. Blanchard went to Manti to the temple Tuesday, especially to see the wedding of Miss Nell Wixom. Wix-om. Melvin Roper and daughter, Af-ton, Af-ton, were in Oak City for Mrs. Jacobson's funeral services from Idaho. Howard Dutson returned to Idaho with them for a few days visit. Vonetta Jacobson, Maurine and Colleen Anderson spent the week end at home. They are employed in Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Carwin Nielson and iamily from Clearfield were Oak City visitors. Mrs. Clarence East from Provo and her daughter, Betsy from Salt Lake land little girl, are spending this week visiting relatives in Oak City. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbert Anderson and family have moved to Salt Lake. Mr. Dean Anderson has bought bou-ght their home and will move into it this week. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Olson and family have returned to Brigham after being here with her father, Wm. Jacobson the past ten days. Miss Nell Barlow and daughter Carol Ann are Oak City visitors. Visitors noticed for the funeral services of Mrs. Jacobson were Mr. and Mrs. Rich Lyman from California, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Anderson, And-erson, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Anderson, Ander-son, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis and Mrs. Evan ajcobson from Springville. |
