Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have be'en filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Millard County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless other wise designated, all locations being from SLB&M. 19582 - Lawrence Clark, Delta, Ut.; .02 sec. ft. for domestic use from a 2.5-in. well bet. 150 and 550 ft. deep at a point S. 2520 ft. and E. 102 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 27, T18S, R5W. 19606 - Albert Keid, Abraham, Ut.; 7.5 sec. ft. for irrigation use from an open drain at a point E. 1320 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 26, T15S, H8W. The water will be diverted div-erted . by means of a pump and conveyed by ditch 1 mile where it will be used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 to irrigate 320 acres of land embraced em-braced in Sees. 24, 25, and 26, T15S, R8W. 19625 - United States of America, Amer-ica, Bureau of Land Management, P. O. Box 659, Salt Lake City, Ut. proposes to appropriate and store 36 ac. ft. of water from Beaver River Channel at a point N. 69 43' E. 812 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec. 28, T21S, R8W, which is the center of an impounding dam constructed to a height of 13 ft. The reservoir reser-voir will have a capacity of 12 ac. ft. and will inundate 5 acres of land embraced in SWV4NW Sec. 28, T21S, R8W. The water will be stored from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 and used during the same period to water 800 cattle. 19649 - J. Sec. 1, T22S, R20W: Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, applica-tions, with reasons therefor, must be In affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, Eng-ineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before August 21, 1948.
