Lew Woolsey brought home a state 2nd Place win in the 145 weight class, and Dustin Martin, also a sophomore, captured a 4th Place win in the 171 weight class. Calem Woolsey, competing in the freshman division, cornered a 5th Place win at the competition. The Weber wrestling team is coached by Varsity Coach Warren, and Junior Varsity Coach “ Pete” Peterson. Skeleton is a sport that takes a lot of courage and dedication. At interstate speeds of 80 miles per hour with your chin hovering over the ice, Skeleton is not a sport for the faint of heart! During the winter season, Dakota makes the two hour round-trip commute to Park City. He goes there three to four times a week to train.
