Marks Golden Wedding Date of Mr. and Mrs. Osey Jenson November 23 Mr. and Mrs. Osey Jenson were host and hostess at a turkey dinner Friday 'afternoon, Nov. 23, at the Tropical Restaurant. The event was in honor of their fiftieth wedding anniversary. FHA Members Get New Club Jackets By Kaye Williams Nine members of the Future Homemakers of America received jackets last week which are to be worn as an acknowledgment of membership m the club. These jackets were purchased by the individual girls belonging to the club who desiied them. They are made of red poplin and have a red and white homemaker's emblem of a house which depicts the motto Toward New Horizons which is printed on the emblem along with the words, Future Homemakers of America Therclub has 123 members this year and is sponsored by Mrs. Bertha Harris and Mrs. Geraldine Anderson. Each month they hold a meeting which begins with a ritual consisting of the reciting of the creed and purposes of the club. The singing of the FHA song and a talk by some authority on homemaking. The members of the club are now planning to have their names along with the name of the school sewed on their jackets. B. the former Fern Jenkins, Freeze of this city. After the heat wave in Los Angeles the travelers experienced a cold wave in Mesa, Arizona. The Brigham City traveler reports that it was cold enough to freeze water in the lawn hoses. While in the Mesa LDS temple, Miss Marble chatted with Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bott, who are spending the winter months Mack J. Bowen and children, Sherrie and Roger, to St. Johns where they and Mr. Bowen will make their home. Mr. Bowen was recently discharged from U. S. Army duty from the Letterman hospital in San Francisco. Mrs. Bowen is the former Dorothy Ann Lillywhite. They plan to reside at St, Johns where Mr. Bowen has accepted a teaching position with the LDS seminary there. Repeated by Popular Demand!
