Show Notice To Water Users " The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Grand County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. designa-ted. Locations in SLB & M. a-10237 (05-824) George E. Morehouse, 121 N. 8th Street, Grand Junction, CO proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 7.0 sec. ft. of water as svidenced by Appl. No. 40934. The water has been diverted from three 24-inch wells, 40 ft. deep, at the following points: 1)S. 75W. 2750 ft. from EV 3. 75 W. 2600 ft. from NE Cor.; 2) S. 78 W. 2750 ft. from EVa Cor.; 3) S. 73 W. 4600 ft. from EV4 Cor.; all Sec. 28, T22S, R24E; and used for the domestic purposes of 2 families, stockwateririg 600 :attle; and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 428.55 acs. in lots 1, 4, 5, 7 in NEV4NEV4, SV4NEV4, NWM SE'4 Sec. 28; Lot 5 Sec. 29; lots 1, 2 NWViNWVi Sec. 33; all T22S, R24E. Hereafter, 7.0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from Colorado River andor wells, 40 ft. deep, at the following points: River diversions: 1)S. 7230' W. 3600 ft. from NE Cor.; 2) S. 81 W. 4720 ft. from EV Cor.; both sec. 28; 3) S. 450 ft. W. 940 ft.; 4) S. 1630 ft. W. 720 ft.; both from NE Cor. Sec. 32; Well diversions: 5) S. 72 30' W. 3560 ft from NE Cor.; 6) S. 78 W. 2730 ft. from NE Cor.; 7) S. 81 W. 4630 ft. from EVt Cor.; all Sec. 28; 8) S. 450 ft. W. 900 ft.; 9) S. 1630 ft. W.- 730 ft.; both from NE Cor. Sec. 32; all T22S, R24E (24 mi NE Moab); and used for the domestic purposes of 2 famlies, stock-watering stock-watering 600 cattle; and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 468.55 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 428.55 acs. in Lots 1, 4, 5, 7, NEV4NEV4, SV4NEV4, NW4 SW14 Sec. 28, lot 5 Sec. 29, Lots 1, 4 Sec. 32, NW4 NW4 Sec. 33, all T22S, R24E. 51507 (05-1453) Betty T. Sec. 16, T26S, R22E (Spanish Valley); and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering 2 cattle; and from Mar. 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of .25 acs. in SEV4 Sec. 16, T26S, R22E. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, SLC, UT 84114, on or before Oct. 7, 1978.
