Show Coroner's In,i est. On Sunday morning the body of an old man named Stephen Luce, was found in a water sec in tho '.uh ward, where he had evidently fallen during the night and had there died. A coroner's inquest was held, when it was elicited that he was about seventy-two years of age, a resident of the l ih ward, and occasionally occa-sionally of rather intemperate habits. The verdict of the jury Messi.-.d ohn Proctor, Wa. Ashman, and Johua Harris was that deceased had come to his death by falling into a water sec on the corner of Third South and ,T..ird Hist streets in a lit or othor-wio, othor-wio, and being chilled to death. |
