Show in H mill p. Obituaries William Yates F. Elaine William Fred Yates, 63, born April 26, 1935 in Lehi, died Oct. 27, 1998 in the American Fork Hospital following a lin- pipeline welder. He loved fishing, hunting, football, and was a football player for Lehi High School. Survived by his wife of 36 years, Delia Ruby Valdez Yates, Lehi; daughter, Lurena Delene Yates; children from a previous ill- gering ness. He marriage, Jerry Yates, Vicki was Eastman, both of Salt Lake City; Charree Housekeeper, Lehi; sister, Sharon (Maurice) Forbush, Springville; 13 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside services were held Friday, October 30, 1998, in the Lehi City Cemetery. the son of Joseph Fred " and Lurena Dean Yates. He was a member of the Plumbers and Steam Fitters Local 19 in Salt Lake City and was a - Mabel Shelley Woodword Mabel Holland Shelley Woodword, died October 31, 1998 in Mt. Shasta, Calif. She was 97. She was born October 2, 1901 in Grant, Idaho to Joseph and Harriet Holland. She enjoyed travel and playing the piano. She was a member of the L.D.S. Church. Her husbands, Wayne Leo Shelley and Harold Woodword, preceded her. She is survived by her daughter, Norma Howarth of Mt. Shasta, Calif; a brother, Delton Holland of Idaho Falls, Idaho; a sister, Ora Sweat, Heber; seven grandchildren and 10 Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6 at Anderson & Sons Mortuary 49 E. 100 North in American Fork.
