Ted Colovich was taken to the Payson Hospital last Friday, where he is being treated for com plications resulting from a siege of flu. Teds friends are wishing him a speedy recovery. Walter Green is confined to the Payson Hospital following a stroke suffered last week. His condition is reported as serious. His host of friends in the district are wishing him the best in the way of a speedy recovery. Carol Stapley and small daughter, Sonja, of Nevada; and Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Sanderson. She was treated by Dr. Ludlow and later released to her home. Her many friends are regretting the accident, and all are wish ing her a speedy recovery from the accident. Net spendable earnings of the production workers dropped primarily because a strike in the automobile industry sharply reduced employment, hours and earnings in several e industries. Based on the October figures about 850,000 workers will receive cost of living increases of one cent an hour. Mrs. Elina Bird was taken to the Utah Valley Hospital on Sunday, where she is undergoing a series of tests to discover the nature of her illness. All are wishing her a speedy recovery. Father R. A. Daz of Salt Lake was in town on Friday, visiting with Father Strancar and other friends. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Allen and family of Ogden, spent the weekend here at the home of her brother and family, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Robinson. and Mrs. Don Hopes were hosts at dinner on Tuesday at their home in Elberta for Mrs. Myrtle Passle, Bert Hanks, Jr., Ed Hopes of Ely, Nevada and Mr. and Mrs. Bert Hanks of Eureka, following Mr. Sanpete will be represented in the state dairy princess royalty this coming year with the naming of Miss Jeannette Bench of Falrvlcw as first attendant to Queen Mary Lynn Clifford of Davis County. Miss Bench is on the front left of the picture and the queen seated next to her. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kerby Bench.
