Tho compnny itself took $25,000 in Ogden and $10,000 in Elko county, Nev., where a great deal of its ranch property is located. Officers and employes located in Ogden or who are working in direct connection with tho main office here, subscribed for approximately $40,000. Word was sent from the company headquarters office to different branch offices and camps, directing that all employes and subcontractors be given an opportunity to subscribe and that a reasonable amount of credit be extended ex-tended and the facilities of the company's com-pany's organization be used in transmitting trans-mitting the applications and handling the details. Direct information has not been received re-ceived from all the districts, but preliminary pre-liminary reports from the Nevada and Idaho ranches, the camps at Mackay, Idaho, Salt Lake county and Wyoming points make it sure that at least $25,000 additional in applications will be received. These figures concern simply the activities of tho construction construc-tion company and its regular employes and do not include subscriptions made by other companies, in which many ofy the same men are heavily interested' and which have made large subscriptions subscrip-tions to the liberty loan. |
