The building has been placed on its permanent foundation and a committee is working hard on plans to have it completed. The continuation of the youth program is probably, the retiring officers state, the most important problem for the new officers. In line with the general clean-u- p many of the women and men who take great pride in their yards have asked that the horses which have again wandered into the area be kept away; others have remarked about the dogs and what to do with our overabundance of them. Owners of dogs have been requested to keep a closer control of them and not to let them just go about as they please.
