Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, February 7, 1924. NOTICE is hereby given that Aim. Magleby, whose post-office addres is Monroe, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance lith the require ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah 1917, as amended by the' Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate One-hundredth of a second foot oi water from unnamed springs in Mil lard County, Utah. Said springs is sues at the footof ledges within a radius of thirty feet from the point of collection, which point is N. 80 deg. 45 min. E. 1155 ft. from the S. W. corner of Sec. 34, Township 2b South, Range 13 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The water will be conveyed from the point of collection col-lection a distance of 100 ft. and there used by means of troughs for stock watering purposes. This application la designated in the State Engine.er's office as File No. 9427. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office with thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
