brought out in england a machine for crushing and grinding bones by hand so that a cook can break crush or grind bones to any desired size As a quarter of a pound of bones contain as much gelatine as a pound of meat it Is ia evident that a machine that enables us to recover the whole of this and at the same time reduce the bones to a condition ready for conversion into super phosphate must prove most decidedly useful the crusher Is made of steel and cast iron and can be screwed to adlock or solid table it costs only about eight dollars in london |
