Show THE DIXIE OWL ATHLETICS Dixie Magnates Prove Too Much For The B. A. C. Coach Gourleys Basket hall boys almost won the championship by defeating every team in the division thus far, with the exception of the first game with Murdock and the last with B. A. C. At the B. A. C. our team won one of the most hotly contested games that lias ever been played in the Southern Division. The game was witnessed by a great crowd of rooters, who came from far and wide. Dixie rooters were present and voices displayed their bellow-lik- e in a way that won our game. The boys set in with a rush and never ceased until they had B. A. C. at their feet. The fighting was indeed bard on both sides of the conflict. Ivins was great at basket shooting. Frei and Sturze-neggtook the lead in scoring and laid a good foundation for rapid rebuilding in the second Frei showed extra fast half. playing qualities, and was noted for his long and successful dribbles that would surely end in a field goal.
