Show Two Licenses Win Approval In a very routine Planning f Commission meeting held June 18, the Commission approved ap-proved business licenses for two new businesses and two sign permits. A business license was approved for Michael R. Stewart. Mr. Stewart plans to open a spaghetti restaurant on the site of last winter's short-lived LeSnac restaurant restaur-ant at 614 Main Street. The new establishment will be called the "Spaghetteri and will open July 2. The "Spaghetteri" "Spag-hetteri" will serve only spaghetti with a variety of gourmet sauces from many European countries. Prices will be in the moderate range. Jack Johnson, formerly Projects Engineer for Greater Park City Co., received re-ceived approval from the Commission for a conditional condition-al use permit and business license to operate J. J. Johnson John-son & Associates "an en- gineering, planning and surveying sur-veying firm. According to Mr. Johnson his firm will specialize in subdivisions and land planning. His services ser-vices will be used by Union America as well as the new Royal Street subsidiary. A business license application ap-plication from the Salt Lake real estate brokerage firm of Gump & Ayers was turned turn-ed down because their application ap-plication had not been previously pre-viously reviewed at a working work-ing session. Ironically Gump & Ayers was responsible for selling 110 Park Avenue condominiums to the tune of $5.2 million in less thanfive days last week. Gump & Ayers has also been given the listing on the Holiday Ranchettes. Sign permits were issued to the Spaghetteri and to The Purple Mushroom Arts & Gifts Shop. |
