SOVIET SCORES HEW ADVANCES HELSINKI, March 9 (INS) While Finland's capital beard new reports that-negotiations toward settlement of the Russo-Finnish conflict were actually under way In Moscow, Russian troops scored new gains in their ceaseless bartering bar-tering of the Maanerhetm line. Latest Information of the peace negotiations Indicated they were being carried on under an elastic time limit which extended to the middle or end of next week.
