The next evening a South East Independent photographer was at the Bonwood and a little boy with a copy of the paper in his hand stepped up and pointd to the picture. "That's me", he said, "3Iy name i Charles M. Neve Jr., and they call me 'Scooter' ". He was a very polite and friendly little fellow, and only four years old. His parents were close by and beamed proudly as he conveyed his message to the photographer. We are happy to print his namo and have him identified in this issue.
