Show Thursday, September 20, 2007 SPRINGVILLE HERALD 19 7nn ifFi nrr lr rMiiliiOs: NOTICE OF REFUNDING BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Section Sec-tion 11-27-4, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on September Septem-ber 12, 2007, the Board of Education of Nebo School District, Dis-trict, Utah County, Utah (the "Board"), adopted a resolution resolu-tion (the "Resolution") "Resolu-tion") in which it authorized and approved ap-proved the issuance of its general obligation obli-gation refunding bonds (the "Refunding "Refund-ing Bonds"), in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed Thirty-One Million Dollars, to bear interest at a rate or rates of not to exceed six percent per-cent per annum, to mature in not more than twelve years from their date or dates and to be sold at a discount from par, expressed as a percentage of the principal amount, of not to exceed two percent. The purchaser will not be required to make a good faith deposit in connection with its' agreement to purchase the Refunding Re-funding Bonds. ' Pursuant to the Resolution, the Refunding Re-funding Bonds are to be issued for the purpose of refunding refund-ing all or a portion of the Board's outstanding out-standing General Obligation Refunding Refund-ing Bonds, Series 1998 (the "Refunded Bonds"). The prin cipal amount of the Refunding Bonds may exceed the principal amount of the Refunded Bonds. The Refunding Re-funding Bonds may be issued in one or more series at one or more times. The Refunding Bonds are to be issued is-sued and sold by the Board pursuant to the Resolution, including as part of the Resolution the draft of a final refunding bond resolution that was before the Board and attached to the Resolution in substantially sub-stantially final form at the time of the adoption of the Resolution. Res-olution. The Board is to adopt that final fi-nal refunding bond resolution in such form and with such changes thereto as the Board shall approve upon the adoption thereof, provided that the principal amount, interest rate or rates, maturity and discount will not exceed the respective respec-tive maximums described de-scribed above. Keven was a hardworking hard-working man who provided pro-vided for and loved his family. He was born in Provo on May 24, 1953 to John Douglas and Raeola Kelsey Holm. He attended Springville schools where he participated in A Cap-pella, Cap-pella, debate, speech and theatre. He served as the Senior Class President of SHS in 1971. Keven served an honorable honor-able IDS mission in Taipei, Taiwan, from 1972 to 1974 and attended BYU for one year on a scholarship. He married Annette Rawle, for time and eternity, in the Manti Temple on February 15, 1975. Ever a hard worker, Keven worked as a painter before laboring in the door business. He worked for G&L Doors, Watts Lumber Lum-ber and Anderson Lumber Lum-ber (now Stock Building Supply). After designing the door shop for Anderson Lumber in West Jordan, he worked as the door shop manager for many years. Keven was handy with tools and loved old cars, of which he owned and worked on many over the years. He enjoyed singing sing-ing and playing the guitar and had a great sense of humor. He loved and was loved by his neighbors.
