LaDean Wagstaff Scouting, girls in the Mutual program, and women in Relief Society, and countless others through her service in the Provo LDS Temple. The birthday celebration is being hosted by her six children: Cleo Jeppson, Bountiful; Robert Wagstaff, Des Moines, Iowa; Neil Mesa, Ariz.; Mark Wagstaff, Wagstaff, Roy; Dean Wagstaff, Vancouver, Wash.; and Kathleen Brady, American Fork; LaDean has 36 grandchildren and 41 n. Kenneth and Blanche Covington to be honored for Public invited golden wedding to presentation and Blanche Kenneth Covington will celebrate their fiftieth wedding anniversary at a reception Saturday, Nov. 25, from 3 to 5 p.m. It will be held at the Senior Citizen Building, 120 N. Center, Lehi. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. They request no gifts, please. Airman graduates from basic training Air Force Airman Adrian S. Conner has graduated from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. During the six weeks of training, the airman studied the Air Force mission, organization and 25 for Thanksgiving. The free monthly hearing clinic will be offered on Wednesday, Nov. 29 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.; no appointment is necessary. Seniors should note the change from the regular Thursday schedule. Appointments are now being taken for the monthly Wellness Clinic, which will be held on Friday, Dec. 1. To schedule an appointment, or for more information, call the center, 768-716Seniors who have signed up for the Dec. 6 trip to Spanish Fork are asked to confirm reservations and customs and received special training in human relations. In addition, airmen who complete basic training earn credits toward an associate degree through the Community College of the Air Force. Conner is the son of Adrian K. and Ronda Y. She attended school as a young girl there, but graduated from high school in Provo. Later on, she married Keith A. Wagstaff and they made their home in American Fork. Her talents and hobbies include painting, playing the organ, stained glass, caring for her family, and many years of fishing with her husband. Her home is a place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. There have been many times that her home was open to anyone who needed emotional comfort or a good dinner, or both. LaDean has been and continues to be involved in serving others through her church callings.
