Celestial pbservation: deep sky pbjects. SUSC Dixie Combined Jazz Band Concert, 8 p.m., Dixie College. Coming up Registration set Early registration starts Tuesday for spring quarter classes at SUSC. Registration will continue through March 20 with spring quarter classwork scheduled to begin March 21. Schedules are available for 50 cents at the Registrars office, Administration 207. Registration will be held at the Registrars office weekdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The first registration date is reserved for SUSC seniors, college registrar Barbara Young indicates. Students are encouraged to pay tuition and fees when they register to avoid long lines after spring break, Young said, and theyre encouraged to register early to avoid the disappointment of filled classes. A copy of the students class schedule obtained at the time of must accompany fee registration payment. Grant checks will be ready at the SUSC Financial Aids office on March 19. Guaranteed Student Loan checks will be available there March 21. Fees must be paid by 3 p.m. March 23. A late fee goes into effect the following Monday and students must then redo the entire registration process. Changes to class schedules can be made any time after a student has registered, however, each add or drop will cost $1. Its important that students make ciars selections only after careful consideration 3nd guidance from their academic advisers, Young said. Elections slated Primary elections for student body offices are scheduled for Wednesday, February 22. Students can vote in the Library and the Student Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.. ; |
