The acreage leased by a member of a partnership partner-ship shall be charged against the partnership, and vice versa. The acreage of corporations, companies, com-panies, or associations having common stockholders owning majority of the stock of each co poration company, or association, associa-tion, or having one or more common com-mon officers or directors, shall be charged against each other. R Part 186) as to tribal tri-bal lands, (see amendment to Section 186.9, May, 1947). Lease Form 5-157 (June, 1939) will be used for tribal land lease contracts, con-tracts, and Lease Form 5-154h (September, 1943) for allotted land lease contracts. Falure of the successful bidder to comply with the terms of the sale and the regulations, will render his deposit liable to forfeiture for-feiture in the discretion of the Secretary of the Interior. Leases filed after 20 days from date of mailing to leasee for execution will be subject to revaluation of bonus, if permission is not granted grant-ed for an extension of time. Sales will be cancelled and deposits de-posits forfeited at the expiration of the 20-day filing period, unless un-less for good and sufficient reason, rea-son, an extension of the filing period is granted. The right is reserved by the Secretary of the Interior to reject re-ject any or all bids and to disapprove disap-prove any lease made on an accepted ac-cepted bid.
