Since his retirement from the branch of education of the Bureau of Indian Affairs in 1970, Webster has devoted much of his time to travel. He refers to his exhibit as international art from a suitcase since he has visited many countries on five continents and has collected interesting art objects which he has brought back to his home in Brigham City in his suitcase. Place in mixing bowl: 2 y2 c. scalded milk, while hot add 3 T. shortening, 3 T. sugar, 1 T. salt. When cool, add 4 c. sifted flour. Beat, well. Add yeast. Add remaining flour. Mix well, cover and let rest 10 or 15 min. Knead for 15 min. Grease bowl, put dough in, turn dough around and grease it all. Cover.. Rise 1 hr. and 50 min. or until triple in bulk. Pinch, turn over, let rise 40 min., pinch, turn over, let rise 20 min. Divide into 2 loaves, let rest for 10 min. Shape in pans, let rise 1 hr. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 min. or until done.
