Both were arrested. The County Commissioners held a short meeting today and disposed of the following fol-lowing business: C. A young man named Hirst Harding narrowly escaped death this morning on Twenty-fifth street. Ilo was driving do .vn the street when the buggy was struck by a rapidly moving street car, throwIr-B young Harding to tho pavement, pave-ment, killing the horse and demolishing the buggy. Harding was severely hrnlsud, but otherwise escaped Injury. A number of vans on tho street obscured tho car and was the cause of the accident. The outfit was tho property of B. G. Black-ham, Black-ham, the liveryman. The Republican county committee has leased Pnrry hall, Twenty-third street and Washington avenue, as campaign headquarters. Clco La Chapello and a fourtcon-ycar-old girl named KrauHO were arrested here tonight on account of alleged Immoral Im-moral practices.
