The case came bnforo the court this morning and evidence was introduced intro-duced which wept, to show that the man had been more sinned against than Binning. Tho. court, in summing i iij) the e-ase. said: i "ft will certainly not benefit the children of defendant to confine blm in Jail, and inasmuch as he has shown a disposition lo do all that his means will permit, it is ordered that the defendant pay to the clerk of this court ?J a week for tho benpfitof the children.' |
