Russell Gust is editor of all publications in the student body as a result of the elections held last spring. The students were asked what position they would like to occupy oc-cupy on the staff and on Monday the elected officers with the advisers ad-visers of the publication designated desig-nated each member of the staff to a particular position on the staff. Jane McKellar BINGHAM HIGH SCH00LN0TES STUDENT COUNCIL SPONSORS ASSEMBLY After a considerable discussion in the student council, an assembly as-sembly was presented before the Bingham and Cyprus game. Some of our girls, adorned in pieces of football pants and helmets, made a great effort to reveal to the boys how they expected them "not" to play in their next game. We were entertained with an accordion number by Evelyn Eppis, a duet by Joy Ann and Winzella Jackson. Garth Ras-mussen, Ras-mussen, LaMar Draper and Roland Ro-land Miller "talked" to us with their horns. Miss Gail Shelley expressed herself with a reading. The three Crump sisters added to our enjoyment by singing a trio, and then we were left with music in our ears by Marion Pett and Fae Zahler who 'favored us with a piano duet. Our cheer leaders had a new yell and were "itching" to acquaint us with the fact, so the remainder of the time was turned over to them. It just seems like Binghams football team is "aimin" to go places this year from the looks of their accomplishments last Friday. Well, here's wishing all the power, faith, luck and skill to our boys in their great battle bat-tle for victory and championship champion-ship next Saturday. SENIOR CLASS CHOOSES RINGS After much difficulty in the selection of class rings it was decided that a smaller group of senior class members could more easily agree on a definite choice. Accordingly, class officers elected elect-ed one representative from each community where high school students reside to aid them in a definite selection. Led by the class president, Joe Tibolla, the committee visited Tanner's Jewelry Jew-elry company, Saturday, from whom the rings were purchased. The selection of the ring for the class by the committee members mem-bers as a group was unanimous and the committee feels pleased with the choice it made. After individual in-dividual measurements for the rings were taken the order was placed with the Tanner Jewelry, and the class expects the delivery of the rings about the middle of December.
