Show Avoid the Lines-Register by Phone Tuition and Fee Schedule 1995-96 Cashier's Office: 586-7720 Tuition and fee schedule for undergraduate students who are residents is as follows: Telephone Registration Procedure 586-7714 (admissions forms must be received and processed before you can register) If you attended SUU Winter Quarter 1996, go to step I. If you attended SUU any time before Winter 1996, please fill out an admission form !found on page 11 ), mail to SUU Admissions Office (a $10 application fee is required), and allow 3-4 days for processing and then proceed to step I. If you have never attended SUU, fill out an admissions form and mail with your check for $25 to SUU Admissions Office. Allow 3-4 days for processing and then proceed to step I. STEP I: Have your social security number, class and section number and any other information close at hand. STEP II: Call the Registrar's Office at 586-7714 between the hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays. STEP lli: Say immediately, "I am registering for a Continuing Education class." Follow the Registrar's instructions on the phone. A bill will be sent to you indicating the amount you owe. You will also receive a printout of your class selections. If you do not receive this printout, or if the classes are incorrect, please contact the Registrar's Office immediately at 586-7714. Outreach and University Centers registration (including payment) must be completed and payment received by the SUU Cashier on or before Wednesday, April 3, 1996. A $15 late fee will be assessed after that date. VISA/MC accepted for all noncredit classes and selected credit classes. Call 865-8275 for more information. Tuition/Fee Refund Policy Tuition and fees will be refunded according to the schedule provided below to any student in residence who, upon proper application to the Registrar's Office, withdraws from school before the end of the quarter. At the time fees are paid, all students are given official receipts from the Cashier's Office. These receipts must be presented before refunds will be allowed. No refund will be granted to students who are requested to withdraw from school for cause of scholarship or any other cause. The amount of tuition and fees refundable to a fullor part-time student, who officially withdraws from the university shall be as follows: Amount Refundable Refund Period Before commencement of quarter classes 100% 100% End of seventh calendar day after commencement of classes 70% End of 14th calendar day after commencement of classes End of 21st calendar day after commencement of classes no refund shall be made. Late registration fees and admission application fees are not subject to refund. |
