Show SERVICE PIN PRESENTED PHONE CO. DISTRICT MGR Menzies Benson, Central District Dis-trict Manager for the Mountain States Telephone Company celebrated cele-brated 25 years of service in the telephone industry Friday, March 7, at a luncheon in Salt Lake City. He was presented with a jeweled service ipin in commemoration commem-oration of the event by F. D. Sawyer, Utah commercial manager, man-ager, ' who congratulated him on his many years of service and the active part he has played in developing telephone communications communi-cations in Utah. Mr. Benson started his telephone tele-phone career with the Mountain States Company in St. George. ' .- MENZIES BENSON he has held various positions in Tooele, Park City, 'Panguitch and Salt Lake City. He was transferred from Cedar City, October 1, 1951 to Salt Lake City as a communications engineer, a position he held for one year. From this assignment he advanced to unit manager. February 1, 1955, he was- appointed ap-pointed Central district manager in charge of the company's commercial com-mercial operations in the exchanges ex-changes of Tooele, Bingham Canyon, Can-yon, Magna, Murray, Midvale, Park City, Heber City, Roosevelt and Vernal. |
