Every year thousands of people enter emergency rooms with severe trauma to the head from accidents sustained from bicycle, skateboard, motorcycle, and rollerblade accidents. Every year a vast majority of those injured would walk out of the emergency room if they would have been wearing a helmet. Statistics indicate that a certified bicycle helmet can reduce the risk of severe injury by 85 percent. Safety officials recommend when you buy a helmet you should look for certification stickers placed by Snell, ANSI, or ASTM. In order for a helmet to do its job properly, it needs to be fitted correctly to the user. A helmet should fit snugly but not too tight help on top of the head. That is the ultimate insult, worst lockout. Locking the players out is sorta equivalent to closing the bank. The gold mine has dried up. The goose has stopped laying golden eggs; How to get funds? A little pocket money? Perhaps all the players could take turns appearing on Magic Johnsons talk show. Oh no, he got shut down. I think they should let the players in and lock the agents out. In general, I do not like lockouts, but I know some people who need to be locked out. I am acquainted with some cooks who ought to be locked out of the kitchen, some drivers who should be kept off the roads, and some officials who should not be allowed in gymnasiums. In order to save money, perhaps we could lock Congress out of the Capitol. I need someone to lock the fridge. Is there a way to lock a checkbook? We need to lock the airport gates.
