Bell delivered a speech at Dixie College on Thursday, April 18. It was in correlation with the Student i , non-cabin- et federal agency. Bell also told how he helped to form a committee to keep the Department of Education on the Executive Branch. It had been taken out of the Department of Health, Educa education rather than areas of medicine and law. Said Dr. in Bell his closing comments. C.Z. : A new Student Center struction begins on a new student lounge that, according to the Dean of Students, Bill Fowler, will bring students back into the Union Building. Dean Fowler has stated that Student Body President, John Bowler has lobbied long and hard all year long to see this project come about, and because of his persistence it will soon be a reality. During the last few weeks a great deal of construction has been taking place around the Dixie College campus and it looks like theres going to be one more project before school is Former Secretary of Education, Dr. spoke to students and members of the faculty.
