AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE assessment upon the property on both sides of R street from South Tomplo street to Fourth street. In Sower District Dis-trict No. 1, for tho construction of a sower. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City. Utah: Section 1. That tho assessment list made by the City Treasurer as corrected, correct-ed, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly appointed by tho City Council for that purpose, of tho property prop-erty abutting on both sides of R street, from South Temple street to Fourth street, In Sewer District No. 1, of Salt Lake City, for tho purpose of constructing: con-structing: a sower upon said portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and tho assessments made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed. con-firmed.
