Mrs. Grace Giles read a history of Mra. Winterton. Hostess who served a tasty green salad meal were: Mrs. Casper and Mrs. Afton Giles. Others present were: Mrs. Edna Giles, Mrs. Ha Casper, Mrs. Clista Defa, Mrs. Jennie Jones, Mrs. Grace Giles, and Mrs. Martha Giles. A special advice on the use of palters was explained Tues. at Relief Society by Mrs. Nadine Roberts. A project of each lady is to start an article for herself or her family in Relief Society so it can be fashioned inaa fashion show at the Stake in May. All ladies are urged to support this project. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hack-ford Hack-ford were shopping in Salt Lake City on Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Roberts of Granger and Mrs. Gladys Colvin and family of Salt Lake City spent Sunday -visiting at Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Defas. Joe Rhoades and Ralph Smith spent two days at Salt Lake City going through the Salt Lake City Temple Monday . and Tuesday. P Mr. and Mrs. Bud Young and family were in :;Salt Lake City on business Monday. Mrs. Thelma Nye spent two days in feSalt Lake City on business, visiting also at Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Curry's and family of Sandy. Three month old Bart Ven, adopted son of Mr. and Mrs. W'nice Turnbow of Tabiona will undergo a very serious operation on his skull. He will be admitted admit-ted to the .Primary -childrens hospital Monday. The operation is scheduled for Wednesday. Dr. Myers will perform the risky operation, which will remove re-move a part of his skull so the infant's brain can grow. Mr. and Mrs. Tumbow adopted the baby from California when it it was a few days old. They have no other children. We wish them success and hope the baby will soon recover. Tex Gines, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ferrin v. Gines underwent surgery Wednesday night for an appendectomy at the Roosevelt Roose-velt Hospital. Dan Gines who is recovering recover-ing from a car accident a few weeks ago is recovering and getbhg better. He is able to eat and knows most of the people who come to visit him. Mr. G Mrs. Dale Gines and Mrs. Wanda Ivie were recent visitors. Mr. and Mrs. Curt Jones heard Wednesday night about their little grandson, who is still at the Primary Hospital for C7 observation. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Giles have had their son at the hospital several times.,,. Latest report was it was an allergy to the food. It has had over 100 exrays along with several other different tests. Mr. and Mrs. Curt Jones were in last week to see the baby. Mrs. Margarette Giles was also. Mr. and Mrs. Arvel Rhoades took their son, Steven, to Salt Lake City Monday. They visited with Mr. and Mrs. Von Brown of Bountiful and Mr. and Mrs. Glen McNeill of ':Salt Lake. Steve ileft Wednesday by jet to Oakland California. He will soon be shipped ship-ped to Viet Nam.
