Show Activities OF THIS WEEK Mr. and Mrs. Guy Giles of Othello, Washington, and Mr. and Mrs. Arch White of Bridgeland, visited this week with Mr. and Mrs. Parry Grant, Mrs. Giles works at the Othellc Washington Hospital where she has been employed for the past eight years. Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Bancroft were Mr. and Mrs. James (Butch) Miller and family from Salt Lake City. The local marshal, Harold ( Sharky) Thomas, was ad, it-ted it-ted to the Roosevelt Hospital, Friday, with what was believed to be appendicitis. Tests proved it to be an infection. He was released to his home Sunday, and is undergoing medical med-ical care at home. Mr. and Mrs. Steve Lett have purchased a new house-trailer, house-trailer, and are now living at the Vaugh Lott Ranch in Strawberry. Mr. and Mrs. George Mareti and daughter, Julie, presented the program Sunday evening at! Sacrament Meeting. f Mrs. Marett directed her talk to the value of the Impro-, vement Era. Julie presented a piano solo and Sheriff Marett told of his many experiences . and several retold stories fro m the Era. |
